¿Qué son las alertas reactivas?
Las alertas reactivas son una característica única de Lanza.me. Monitorizando todos los acortadores, Lanza.me puede saber si algún acortador tiene problemas. Según el tipo de problema detectado Lanza.me marca los acortadores con un nivel diferente de alerta y toma medidas.El nivel máximo de alerta es el fatal. En este caso los acortadores afectados dejan de usarse y son sustituidos por otro acortador libre de alertas del que disponga cada usuario. Todo el proceso se realiza de forma automática.

¿Por qué son importantes las alertas?
- Cuando un acortador se cae o tiene un problema grave en sus redirecciones surgen dos problemas directos; no se generan ingresos y las visitas no pueden acceder al destino.
- Lanza.me puede saber, de forma automática, que acortadores están caídos. Gracias a esto, cuando ocurre un incidente de este tipo es capaz de evitar todos los problemas directos. Esto lo hace sustituyendo el acortador que estaba planeado usar por otro hasta que se restablezca el servicio del acortador caído; de esta forma no pierdes ingresos y tus visitas siempre pueden acceder al destino sin importar en donde esté el enlace.
- Algunas alertas no se consideran fatales y el usuario únicamente recibe una notificación en su panel de control para que tenga conocimiento de lo que está ocurriendo con su acortador.
